Project Manager  

Location: Remote (Canada-based)
Reports to: Director of Program Operations
Contract term: 12-months, with potential to extend based on funding
Salary range: $70,000 – $75,000 CAD annually

Description: We are seeking a Project Manager to support grant coordination, partner engagement, donor reporting, and proposal development across our program portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Program Operations, this role will help track grant deliverables, coordinate partner inputs, support reporting timelines, maintain organized grant files, and contribute to strong internal coordination across program, finance, communications, and fundraising teams. This is a one-year contract with the potential to extend based on funding availability. It is well suited to a professional with experience in international development. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a clear writer, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
