Veterinarians Without Borders Congratulates Prime Minister Mark Carney on Election Win

Ottawa, CANADA, April 29, 2025  Veterinarians Without Borders North America/Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Amerique du Nord (VWB/VSF) warmly congratulates the Right Honourable Mark Carney on his election victory and re-appointment as Prime Minister of Canada. We look forward to continuing to work alongside Prime Minister Carney and his new government to advance global health, food security, and sustainable livelihoods through a One Health approach.

As a leader in One Health, VWB/VSF strengthens the interconnected health of animals, people, and environments across Africa, Asia, and North America. Our programs support resilient food systems, strengthen animal and public health systems, and promote sustainable, community-led solutions to global challenges.
