Jane is a retired veterinarian with experience in both private practice and the animal health industry. Her work has consistently focused on advancing the health and well-being of animals, their owners, and the veterinarians who care for them. In her most recent role as Director of Medical Affairs at a veterinary diagnostics company, she led a cross-functional team dedicated to developing new diagnostic tools and delivering education that empowers veterinarians to provide outstanding patient care.

Jane was inspired to join the board of Veterinarians Without Borders North America (VWB) because of the organization’s commitment to the One Health approach, which recognizes the deep connections between animal, human, and environmental health. Serving on the board allows her to contribute meaningfully to projects that have a lasting impact on communities around the world. She hopes to support VWB’s mission by sharing her clinical expertise, collaborative mindset, and passion for veterinary education.

Animals have always been central to her life. At home, she shares her days with Max, a 13-year-old Goldendoodle and loyal adventure companion, and three spirited cats—Echo, Summit, and Tux—each with their own unique personality. Her home is full of love, laughter, and plenty of pet hair.
