Communications Officer

Eesha joined Veterinarians Without Borders North America/Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Amérique du Nord (VWB/VSF) in November 2025 as Communications Officer. She holds a Master of Science in Global Health from McMaster University, where she completed a specialization in Redesigning Policy Practices in Global Health at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in International Development and Population Health Studies.

Her experience spans government, nonprofit, arts, and international development sectors. She has worked in the House of Commons of Canada, led communications for community-focused organizations, and developed digital content in the food security and welfare sectors. She has also supported communications for Canadian-funded, locally led international development projects that advance women’s entrepreneurship across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Eesha is passionate about using communications to highlight meaningful stories, strengthen community engagement, and amplify VWB/VSF’s programs and impact. Outside of work, she enjoys writing, exploring new cafés, and training in Muay Thai.
