Senior Manager, Corporate and Foundation

Dani brings nearly two decades of expertise in development, fundraising, philanthropic giving, and strategic planning to her role at Veterinarians Without Borders North America. Previous to her current role, Dani was principal at her own consulting firm, providing tailored philanthropic giving and fundraising services to clients across the globe. Formerly, Dani acted as Senior National Grants Manager for the largest animal welfare foundation in Canada and was Program Director for a national micro-granting foundation providing grants to grassroots environmental and Indigenous-led projects. 

Her expertise spans corporate, foundation, government, and major donor engagements, coupled with development project planning, revenue generation, and development of impactful donor relationships. Dani is passionate about equity in all forms, and a believer in the power and knowledge that comes from lived experience. Dani is a practicing artist who spends as much time in the sunshine as she can.
