Noreen Mubarik joined Veterinarians Without Borders North America/Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Amérique du Nord (VWB/VSF) in October 2022 as Finance Manager. She has more than eight years of financial management, accounting, and compliance experience in the not-for-profit sector. She brings a wealth of knowledge from financial management and experience in international development organizations. She has managed not-for-profit financial operations of up to $45 million, working with a broad range of institutional donors, including Global Affairs Canada, Department of International Development, World Bank Organization, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and many other U.S. agencies.
Noreen is a passionate and hard worker who enjoys the work she does. With her years of experience, she is helping VWB/VSF ensure that all projects and accounting systems are operating smoothly and consistently.
